Victory sees her overtake Russias Svetlana Khorkina because the girl with the most medals in the competitions history.
Biles has three silvers and 3 bronzes in addition to her 15 golds while Khorkina handled eight silvers nine golds and three bronzes.
Biles is competing having been the first girls to win a trophy in all six events at the Worlds of the previous year in Doha.
