Heavyweight Dereck Chisora threatened to pull out of the struggle of next month with Joseph Parker during an extraordinary news conference in London on Monday.
Chisora, 35, made an expletive-filled rant because he wanted more cash.
The fight on 26 October in the O2 Arena of London is the support into the entire world title bout between Regis Prograis and Josh Taylor, in the closing of the World Boxing Super Series.
“Give me primary event or pull out of this show,” said an angry Chisora.
“I am not likely to sell out the O2 for them guys to be the most important event. I’m being serious, you need me to sell the London crowd, my London fans it place these men that no-one knows about in my display and mug off me.
“I am taking the main stage, should not I want more cash.”
Promoter Eddie Hearn declared the occasion for 26 October, with the headline contest being involving Scotland’s Taylor and American Prograis.
Both men are unbeaten with Taylor holding the IBF super-lightweight entire world title and Prograis that the WBC and WBA belts in a battle that functions as the final of the World Boxing Super Series – an yearlong championship.

“Let them in Glasgow and they could sell out it.”
