British pet shops to be banned from selling puppies and kittens

Pet shops are to be banned from purchasing kittens and puppies from the government in a crack down aimed at quitting puppy farming.
Third-party sales of dogs or cats under 6 months old will likely be prohibited, meaning customers might have to deal with the breeder or a licensed rehoming centre.
