If Game of Thrones showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss really wanted to surprise and shock audiences, the epic series’ finale would see everyone die and nobody win their place on the Iron Throne following all. (Hey, it could happen.) But while the show’s final season inches closer and closer, fans are theorizing who, if anyone, will acquire the coveted seat in the very end of the collection.
There are, naturally, more issues to deal with in the show than just who will claim the crown–like the endless war in Westeros and Cersei Lannister and Daenerys Targaryen’s battle of wills. However, who winds up on the Iron Throne is the question. Who’ll win the match?
Betting website OddsShark seems to believe that Bran Stark is the significant competition for the throne, as a result of the year 8 teaser trailer nod into an ever-popular theory he will grow to be the Night King. While Isaac Hempstead Wright, the actor who plays Bran, has publicly dismissed the notion, that does not mean a lot (think of how many times Kit Harington denied that Jon Snow would rise ). According to the website, the odds of Bran reigning supreme are -150, together with Jon Snow coming in second at +600 odds.
