Amazing Britain will compete after Andy Murray decision in the inaugural ATP Cup of January.
Britain might not have qualified to the 24-team occasion had Murray not entered beneath his protected world standing of two.
Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer are from the area for the championship, which will be played across three Australian cities.
The draw takes place at the Sydney Opera House on Monday.
Three-time Grand Slam champion Murray said in January that he planned to retire after the Wimbledon of this year after struggling to recover from hip surgery.
The Scot went on to go back to the court in time to attribute at Wimbledon, in which he eventually played doubles with Serena Williams.
Murray missing out on coming to the US Open, opting to play in the Winston-Salem Open in which he lost at the very first round to Tennys Sandgren.
After it is revamped, according to International Tennis Federation president David Haggerty the ATP Cup, that includes 750 ranking points, is separate from the Davis Cup but can amalgamate with this championship.
