Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder accepts his side need to boost their record at the Premier League, and has faith in his forward to do so.
The Blades have scored only seven goals this year, with no participant netting.
But the staff of Wilder, whose, is convinced that his players have the capability.
He said:We have been happy we have got the balance right, which I believed we did Saturday, in terms of the functionality, when to go forward, and when to take that opportunity to attempt to score.
You have got to try to score against those teams! You cant just park yourself – .
But you have got to know teams are going to push one back. Liverpool, not our fans might like it, might have more ownership than us!
We feel that our individual ability at the top of the pitch, if we get the performance right and we make chances, we have the ability to score.
The pressures on to score. Like I said, we will have to find the things we want.
Following the Liverpool game, Wilder told journalists that he wasnt bothered by the feelings of goalkeeper Dean Henderson, after his error permitted Georginio Wijnaldum to score the Reds winner.
Those remarks created a controversy, but Wilder has hit back, saying that his players will have his entire support.
Sometimes people say things to make debate and drag something out – but I did not really think there was anything in it, he explained.
It is as we handle. The players – Dean included – are extremely tough, together with where they have come from and the journey they have been on.
Last year, together with pressure situations at the rear end of the season, theyre tough men and we make a difficult mentality within the category.
Im the biggest supporter of these players by a million miles – my staff. I know what they are about, which they provide for the football club and Im their biggest supporter.
Dean knows that, from an individual viewpoint. There is no hiding place. He moves and we all move on to the next Premier League game
